Mediation follows ADC Guidelines for Commercial Mediation. Good faith participation is required, and urgent interlocutory relief is permitted.
7. Termination
Headsafe may terminate services at any time in its absolute discretion. Upon termination, users must immediately cease using the service.
8. General
This agreement contains all agreed terms. No oral agreements are valid unless expressly contained herein or in written amendments.
Waivers require written signatures. Illegal or unenforceable terms are severed while others remain valid. The agreement isn't interpreted against either party merely for proposing it.
9. Disclaimer
